Dopamine Detox Day1

  1. No FB, Instagram (almost done)
  2. No diet after 8 pm (I drank the soy milk tho…but just for supplying protein)
  3. Beverages w/o sugar containing(As mentioned above, I drank the soy ilk…I need to be more aware of that.)
  4. One day one exercise (completed!)
  5. Go to bed before 0:00( about completing)
  6. Study at least 2 hours per day(TBH, I failed, damn!)

As a whole, my day1 seems not go well as I think…(just 50% success) keep going and keep updating everyday! Stick with it!
